      KN95 is an industry-standard and means that the mask provides the intended effectiveness of filtering 95 percent of particles with a mass median diameter of 2.5 micrometers. Therefore, our mask can protect you well from Air Pollutants like smog, dust, motor vehicle emissions, PM10, PM2.5, and even smaller particles.

      No, the Mask is available in one size. Thanks to the elasticity of its materials, its ergonomic rear fasteners and its inner memory layer, it adapts to all adult faces.

      Yes, our Cycling Face Mask is sold by default with 1 filter. Additional filter packs ( 5 and 10) are available in our shop.

      Yes. It is recommended that you wash the mesh neoprene shell of the face mask every month under normal use. To do this it is necessary to remove the filter and the valve first. 

      Yes, our Cycling Face Mask is well compatible with bicycle helmets and full face helmets.

      The mask is designed to fit an adults sized face. So we do not recommend the use of the Face Mask for children under 14 years of age.

      We recommend that before you use your mask for the first time, you need to take out your mask from its packaging first and leave it out in the open overnight or at least a few hours to disperse any odor that has been stuck on it due to prolonged storage.

      Frequently Asked Questions - Filters

      Yes the filters do need replacing.

      1. The effective working life of the Mask filter depends on a number of factors, such as; the breathing rate of the user; ambient levels of pollution; the length of time the filter is actively working; hygiene levels. Taking these factors into account we recommend that the filter should be replaced every month or every 69 hours, whichever is sooner.

      2. Replacement of the Mask  filter should be carried out every month or when the filter becomes noticeably discoloured.

      The duration of use of a filter depends on the context and the type of use. In normal times, we recommend replacing the filters after 20/30 days of use. In the context of daily use and in particular in the current health context, if your movements in public places and your social interactions are regular, we advise you to replace the filters every 4 to 5 days of use.

      Frequently Asked Questions - Poncho

      1 size fits all. We only have one size of poncho because we have done prototype after prototype and spoken with many a person big and small and decided on a one size fits all model for convenience purposes.

      We have customers all around the world who range in size from 6'1" to 5'2". On everyone the poncho’s length goes to their knees or below.

      Yes. Tho not ideal use they still function well. They don't blow up in the wind as they have a special waistband to prevent from flapping up in wind + ensure stability on bike or walking.


      Our ponchos have a 3 layer membrane consisting of a technical tricot-knit-fabric that ensures breathability.

      The technical term for the waterproof material is 'TPU'. The TPU is then bonded with our unique high quality Japanese Polyester fabric. Together they have a 12,000mm waterproof-ability that will keep you dry for hours in the rain.

      To clean dirt - we advise wiping it down with warm lightly soapy water

      Yes it’s roomy enough to go over belongings if you need. It accommodates up to 50L backpack and the largest of helmets!

      The poncho is stored in a small sacoche bag. It has a bumbag like strap so you can carry it about..

      Small enough to take in your day bag or rucksack when travelling/commuting.

      The dimensions are 25cm x 30cm x 3cm and weight is just 440grams.

      There is high-vis piping all around the poncho, as well as 2 high-vis strips on back and 1 on front to ensure visibility when cycling in darkness.

      These are to be used whilst cycling, over the handlebars, so your poncho goes over you and your bike like a little house.

      Three poppers at each side to make sleeves- enabling a more tapered fit. Useful when walking but not necessarily on the bike

       When cycling or on windy days - the waistband is super handy as it secures the poncho to the body. Preventing the material from flapping up in wind and if cycling ensure stability on bike.

      It is a SAFETY precaution. 

      - In most cases this will keep your possessions bone dry, but occasionally in very heavy rain (or if the zip is not completely shut) water may get inside the pocket. For this reason we DO NOT recommend to store any electrical items in this pocket
      - The pocket is perfect for keys and other possessions that do not have any electrical components.

      For EU and Worldwide orders once your order is shipped you will be given a tracking number which you can use to track your poncho delivery via DHL :

      UK Orders are sent by 1st Class Royal Mail Service which is a no tracking service. You can track your order via the Royal Mail website: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/ .  

      For US orders, you will be able to use the USPS website.

      U.K: Delivery is FREE (poncho order value over £58.49 and mask order value over £100. For orders below this amount, we charge £5) and we use Royal Mail Tracked + Signed 1st Class which aims to deliver on the next working day, including Saturdays.

      All orders placed before 1pm will be sent that working day for delivery the next day. Bank holidays and public holidays are not classed as delivery days. Note that we only despatch orders during the weekdays


      Europe:  Delivery is FREE (order value over €129. For orders below this amount we charge £9.50) and we use DHL Express service.

      Delivery takes between 5 - 10 working days depending on country and is a signed for service.
